Systems Level Software Engineer – Product Development

Apply your superb C++ multithreaded programming skills coupled with your sound foundation in systems level technology (computer architecture, operating system and compiler) in the development of innovative systems level software for state-of-the-art 3D volumetric processing and visualization technologies... and help save lives in the process.

The System Engineer will primarily be involved with the implementation and development of the next generation of Ziosoft's software framework system. Our focus is to develop/implement optimal multithreaded C++ code in a Windows MFC environment. In addition to strong C++ programming skills, our team is experienced working on systems engineering type of applications... developing 2D and 3D visual software for cutting edge, medical imaging products.

Required Skills:

  • Strong software programming skills in C/C++ preferably on an MFC platform.
  • Experience working on systems engineering applications or at a minimum, a solid understanding of computer architecture, operating system, network programming and/or compiler technology.
  • Large scale software development as a team member.
  • Clear communication, software design, unit test and documentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and has a strong work ethic.

Required Experience:

  • Strong C++ multithreaded programming experience is a MUST.
  • Experience in distributed computing and scheduling algorithm is a plus.
  • Excellent debugging skill.

Regional Sales Manager – Advanced Visualization
(Staffing for the following regions: Northwest, Southeast, West-Central (Denver based))

Apply your exceptional combination of "hunter" and consultative sales skills to the presentation of innovative, state-of-the-art visualization products and solutions within the advanced medical imaging community. Your charter will be to build and handle all sales activities, from lead generation to close in your assigned territory. You will develop and implement a marketing and sales plan which will focuses on the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with the company's vision and values.

Responsible for the sale of advanced visualization solutions tailored exclusively to the hospital and diagnostic imaging center market.

Your activities include:

  • Apply technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas listed above to prospective customers and partners.
  • Develop annual business plans in conjunction with the Sales Manager or VP of Sales which details activities achieve/exceed quota.
  • Multi-level selling within the healthcare network in order to reach the critical decision makers.
  • Knowledge of competitive offerings to take market share from larger competitors.
  • Consultative selling of the various solutions the company offers.
  • Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on pre-determined hospitals and DIC's, direct mail, email, and networking.
  • Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospect's business problems, the effects of the problems, and the proposed solution.
  • Responsible for sourcing and developing customer relationships and referrals.
  • Identify and build an effective Centers of Influence Network within the installed base in order to leverage new sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of Salesforce.com.
  • Participate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients both pre and post installation.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of integrated software/hardware sales experience in the PACS, 2D - 3D advanced visualization, CT, MRI, or equivalent segments of the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with healthcare software solutions and complex healthcare organizations.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the designated territory.
  • Proven track record of accomplishments, promotions, quota attainment, territory development.

Education:

  • BS/BA Degree.

This position is involved with the implementation of a distributed software framework optimized for 3D volumetric image handling on a cluster of x86 multi-core processors. The System engineer must be very conscious of the performance issues caused by the interactions between various components.

Software QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer you will work as part of a team responsible for debugging Ziosoft 3D imaging and network-based products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for Ziosoft products. The team also develops, modifies, and executes software test plans; analyzes and writes test standards and procedures; maintains documentation of results; and works closely with development engineers in resolution of problems.

Required Skills:

  • Black box testing of User Intertface (UI) software preferably in any of the following types of products:
    • network (socket) products
    • Graphic Imaging
    • 3D Imaging
  • Have the vision to understand the entire system yet develop UI tests "thinking like the user".
  • Developing, implementing and executing test cases
  • Good computer troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Good bug writing skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented personality.
  • Can work as a team member or independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven experience in white box testing.
  • 3+ years of programming experience
