Benefits for full-time employees

To support our employees' commitment, Ziosoft provides a compensation package that includes competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Our benefit program is designed to be flexible. Employees can choose the coverage that best meets their needs. We have also designed the program to provide the greatest value for the benefit dollars that both you and the company spend.

Medical/Dental/Vision

Ziosoft's medical, dental and vision plan insurance is with Anthem Blue Cross, which offers a large selection of in-network professionals. The medical insurance includes a choice of either a PPO or HMO plan. Dental coverage is a traditional plan and includes orthodontia benefits for adults and children. The vision plan provides annual coverage for exams, frames, lenses or contacts.

Life Insurance and AD&D

Company-paid life insurance is offered through The Hartford. The coverage is two times annual salary up to $250,000.

Long-Term Disability

Ziosoft provides company-paid benefits for long-term disability through The Hartford.

Employee Assistance Program

Ziosoft offers a company-paid employee assistance program through The Hartford.

Travel Assistance

This company-paid benefit, offered through Worldwide Assistance, provides 24-hour emergency travel assistance for employees and dependents.

Flexible Spending Account

Ziosoft offers healthcare reimbursement and dependent care reimbursement spending accounts that allow employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for individual and family out-of-pocket healthcare expenses.

Retirement Savings Plan

Ziosoft's 401(k) Plan provides employees an opportunity to contribute to retirement savings on a pre-tax basis up to the IRS-regulated maximum contribution.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

PTO accrues at the rate of 15 days per year; in addition, the company offers 11 paid holidays and 2 floating days over the calendar year.
